Hi, I’m Josett! Wife, mom, local realtor, and one half of the Gamble Saudi team with my realtor friend Alex Saudi.

I started the Homebuyer Mentor to help first-time homebuyers. And believe me, I’ve been in your shoes. I was ready to buy a house for my family but didn’t know the steps and requirements I needed to take to get there. Now here I am, ten years later, living in the home I love while helping others into homeownership. Let me help you realize your homeownership dreams and walk you through your journey home.

When I am not out showing houses, you can find me singing at the top of my lungs around the house, watching NCIS LA or Chicago PD (binge-watching anyone), or thinking of creative ways to help others. My husband of 24 years and 2 children are my motivation in life. Family comes first and my passion is to help YOUR family in your dream of homeownership.
